Stephen is Head of the User Experience Design team at Vox Generation. After pusuing third-level education at Trinity College Dublin, Cambridge University, and Imperial College London - he joined a Cambridge based research team as the user experience research lead for over-the phone customer service solutions - focusing on the creation of user-centred, on-brand design experiences. After several years in the role of Senior Consultant with the VUI design consultancy Voice Partners, Stephen was appointed to the position of Head of UXD at Vox Generation where he currently leads the team of researchers and designers in their pursuit of world-class personalised, on-brand customer experience designs across channels.
