As the head of Verizon’s IP Contact Center Innovation team, Mr. Smith owns the company’s IPCC, IP IVR, and Speech Services portfolios, and is also responsible for the evaluation, development, and market launch of new customer experience offerings. He currently leads the development efforts for a new multimedia mobile customer care solution. Mr. Smith has been in the customer experience industry for more than 15 years, and has been a speaker at several prior events, including SpeechTEK.
