Tom Hebner: Tom runs the UI discipline at Nuance focused on speech and language understanding applications across IVR/WEB/Mobile. Tom is a recognized thought leader in the contact center automation space. For the past decade and a half Tom has been building and perfecting applications that enable people to talk to machines.
