Brian Enright began his career at Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) in 2003 as a Programmer Analyst and then Sr. Programmer Analyst, where he supported the call center and IVR systems. He has served as Administrator of the Telephony Department and was responsible for the IP telephony system, customer call center software, unified communications, and IVR systems. As the IT Manager of Business Integration, Brian is also tasked with defining and delivering Business Intelligence, including data analytics and data warehouse metrics, across the Commission. Brian graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Computer Science.
