 Denise McCutchen Grace is vice president and general manager of the North America Customer Interaction Technology (CIT) line of business for Convergys Corporation, a global leader in relationship management.
Denise is responsible for all aspects of the North America CIT line of business, including sales, revenue, profitability, product strategy, R&D, and client and infrastructure support for Convergys’ cloud and on-premises contact center technology solutions.
Prior to joining Convergys in 2007, Denise was regional vice president of professional services at Oracle in the Oracle Communications Global Business Unit (acquired MetaSolv Software) for 8 years, where her team implemented OSS solutions for global service providers. She was responsible for a telco professional services organization at Sybase and spent 8 years at MCI in various roles, including Product Management of internetMCI and leading a development team that implemented custom OSS solutions to the networks business.
She holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
Denise is based in Austin, Texas.
