 Dave Pelland is the Global Director of the IVR Practice at Genesys. He has been designing, implementing and usability testing user interfaces for over 25 years. Starting with voice at Wildfire, a pioneer in virtual assistant technology, Dave has worked on a wide variety of applications from enterprise solutions to large-scale telecom deployments. His experience has been as a designer, usability engineer, localization specialist, team lead and architect. Recently Dave has been focusing on omnichannel application design as well as advancing automation in speech application design and development.
