Steve Herlocher

Steve Herlocher is the Chief Marketing Officer of Jacada. At Jacada, he leads strategic sales, marketing, business development, and strategy where he writes and speaks about the future of customer experience. Mr. Herlocher was Executive vice president of sales and product at Interactive Softworks, Inc. from August 2010 through its successful sale to USAN in mid 2011. Mr. Herlocher served as Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President of Product Delivery, and Member of Executive team of Jacada Ltd. He has more than 20 years of marketing, product management, operations and development experience in the contact center industry successfully managing large product P&Ls, launching new products, and managing acquisitions. He served as VP of marketing and product management for Aspect Software where he led its product management efforts and was the leader of its product strategy team. Mr. Herlocher also served in strategic business development, product management, operations, and r&d leadership roles at eShare Communications, PTEK, and Sun Microsystems.
