 I started my career with Delta in 1982 as a Reservations sales agent in Knoxville, TN and moved to Atlanta in 1993. For the last 18 years, I have held various positions in the real-time operations and technology development areas where I delivered a variety of projects. Natural Language was my first IVR project!
