Linda Broome is the Call Center Technology Manager responsible for the New Project Development team for the Duke IVR systems. Linda's team identified that testing, as they have traditionally done it with a combination of manual and pre-production load testing, will not allow them to be successful. They identified the Cyara Platform, and its comprehensive testing platform that connected testing across the entire development lifecycle, as being critical to their success. Linda will share how her team uses testing to accelerate the pace of innovation at Duke, while ensuring the quality of their releases is always excellent.
