 Dr. Weiye Ma is a Senior Speech Scientist at Telvent. She currently designs, implements and improves fully automated 511 traveler information systems for state and county government. She received her PhD in Speech Processing and Recognition from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) in 1999. She has been practicing professionally in the Speech Recognition field since 1994. Before joining Telvent, Dr. Ma worked at Unisys and Convergys Corporation.
