Rob Marchand brings more than 25 years of experience in the software and telecommunications industries to his position as Senior Director of Product Management at Genesys Telecommunications Labs, where he is responsible for the Genesys Voice Platform, the industry’s leading standards  based IVR.  Rob has contributed to the advancement of VoiceXML in areas including Standards, Conformance and Education, and represents Genesys on the VoiceXML Forum Board of Directors.  Rob was formerly with VoiceGenie technologies, a pioneer in the VoiceXML platform space.
