Jason Hersh is a Customer Experience Strategist with RightNow Technologies working primarily with their largest contact center customers to improve efficiency and power great experiences. Jason's lives on the intersection of RightNow CX and Voice and his specialty is solving complex business issues combining CX, IVR and CTI solutions with laser focus on improving the Customer experience. Prior to joining RightNow, Jason was instrumental in the start-up of NetByTel and later a valuable member of the TuVox team.
