Based in Long Island, NY she has been with Avaya/Nortel/Periphonics since 1997 and has designed, developed, deployed and tuned numerous applications across many industries including financial, healthcare, transportation, etc.She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
