Adam Mermel is the product manager for the Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal. Adam has been involved with Cisco's self-service products (Customer Voice Portal, Unified IPIVR and Internet Service Node) for the past eight years. Adam joined Cisco form the acquisition of GeoTel Communications, where he specialized in Carrier Intelligent network applications. Adam has over 25 years in the software industry, focusing for the last 18 years in telephony. Adam holds two patents in the telecom field related to voice call routing.
