Aaron Masih
Director, Global Business Development Mobile Nuance

Aaron leads business development efforts worldwide for Nuance’s Mobile connected solutions, including the Nuance Mobile Developer Program (“NMDP”). During his tenure, he has been responsible for creating broad-reaching solution strategies around customer care using Nuance’s hosted services. His primary focus is identifying opportunities for integrating voice recognition technologies into both existing and emerging mobile applications.
Aaron joined Nuance in 2008 after consulting with various organizations on delivering exceptional customer experiences for over 15 years. As Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for Method IQ, a leading contact center optimization firm in Atlanta, Georgia, he led efforts to streamline contact center operations for some of the world’s leading brands, including AT&T/BellSouth, Starbucks Coffee Company, DialAmerica Marketing, and ResortQuest Real Estate. Prior to Method IQ, Aaron was Director of Strategic Global Alliances for Yahoo! In this role, his responsibilities included developing long-term business strategies for engaging key enterprise partners such as Sony, Wal-Mart, Merck Sharpe Dohme, Universita di Bologna, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Hong Kong Trade Development Council. Additionally, he created Yahoo!’s first global enterprise training program for corporate portal and secure instant messaging products.
