Seb has nearly 15 years of experience in the customer service industry having held a variety of UK and EMEA-wide technical, sales and marketing positions in both systems integrators and software vendors.

In his current role at Nuance, he is responsible for defining and evangelizing the Enterprise customer care strategy across the EMEA region.
