 Mr Giovanni De Carli is the international Business Development Manager at PAT Group, a leading company in Customer Relationship Management, Service Desk and Self Service Customer Care platforms. He is responsible for developing the international market building a business and service partners innovative network to guarantee a strong support to its international customers.
Prior to join PAT Group Mr Giovanni De Carli was the Sales and Marketing Director of I-Tel, leading company in the voice application italian market, and Tenovis Italy (formerly Bosch Telecom), Channel Account Manager at Cisco Systems and Business Development Manager for Raychem Italia.
He as over seventeen years of experience in Business Development in the ICT market.
He received his degree in physics from the University of Pavia.
