David is the Director of Technology and Business Development for Convergys in EMEA, working in the Enterprise and Networks space. He has over 10 years working in creating leading edge voice automation systems which deliver great customer experiences as well as and rapid ROI for large and small enterprises. David has a background in Voice User Design and speech recognition and synthesis technologies. David has a PhD in Signal Processing and an MSc in Sound and Vibration both from University of Southampton, and a BSc in Mathematics and Computing from Oxford Brookes.
