As an NLP scientist at Interactions, Yocheved is instrumental in improving automation rates by building language models and classification models to identify customer intent in dialog. Yocheved received her Masters in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelors in Computer Science from Brooklyn College. While pursuing her Masters she worked as a researcher at Columbia's spoken language lab developing text-to-speech models for low resource languages and machine learning models for various projects at the intersection of text and speech.
