Yasemin Donmez is Business Development Specialist in Garanti Pension and Life Insurance company since 2007. In this company she is responsible for directing projects of CRM solutions and integration to various systems in addition to contract management and reporting projects. She works closely with Call Center, After Sales Services and Technology departments to ensure effective management of customer relations by working on new projects to improve them. Prior to joining Garanti Pension & Life Insurance Company, she worked in Oyak Technology for 2 years. She was responsible for anaylsing and testing the credit card projects as a System Analyst. She also had experience in software development in fair presentation and organisation web site after Oyak Technology.She has experience in Financial Software and has specialization in CRM and credit card solutions. She also has experience in Pension management, reporting, IVR and CTI applications, outbound calling systems, call center automation, e-marketing platform. Yasemin Donmez graduated from Yildiz Tecnical University in 2005 with a major in Mathematical Engineering. She is a member of Yildiz Graduate Association. She is also a member of Garanti Scuba Diving Club.
