Stephen E. Dellutri, Chief Technology Officer is a distinguished professional in the fields of information technology and networking and is the co-inventor of the unified IP-based call center. Mr. Dellutri has developed software and implemented global Internet Protocol networks for Fortune 100 companies and co-founded CosmoCom after serving as Assistant Vice President in charge of the design of global inter-networking at Citicorp International Communications Inc. He also served as IT Director at Comverse Technology and as senior inter-networking engineer at Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney.
