Sara is a Strategic Planner with Aetna, managing strategy for for call center operations. Previous roles included finding opportunities to improve service and reduce cost using analytics. 10 years of healthcare experience, 6 years overseeing contact center analytics. Primary experience and focus on creating actionable information to change and advance how we service our customers. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and Systems from Ohio State University. Sara is also pursuing a Master of Science in Health Informatics degree also at Ohio State University.
