Mark has twenty-five years in the IT field, has worked voice projects around the globe, has done advanced networks for Defense Contractors, systems engineering for global telecommunications companies, performed Voice Solutions Architecture for IBM Global Business Services, managed Professional Services for a VXML tool company, consulted on VUI design for several large Banks and Insurance, and currently is a Managing Partner leading the VUI Design practice for Forty 7 Ronin Inc.
