Karen Owens is a Senior User Experience Designer at logicTree Corporation, an industry leader in the delivery of intelligent transportation and traveler information systems for state and local governments. Based in Columbia, MD, she has been with logicTree since 2012. She holds a Master's degree in Linguistics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and has over 12 years of experience in natural language processing and applied linguistics.
