Edward Miller is the Chairman of LumenVox, a leading voice automation solutions company in the telecommunication sector. Responsible for developing the company's strategic vision, technology and business strategies, Miller has developed relationships with major telecom operators and service providers. With several issued patents in speech recognition he has a vision for technology in the era of convergence in today’s digital lifestyle. By overseeing a telephony hosting facility handling billions of minutes a year, his team has designed, developed and deployed a carrier grade, state of the art Voice over IP infrastructure to offer speech based applications in the cloud and to service providers. The flexibility and power of these solutions enable a new generation of communications for traditional, mobile and web customers alike. Integrating and leveraging the service and technological capabilities of LumenVox, he is bringing full featured voice automation solutions to the marketplace. Throughout his career, he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of human computer interaction, machine learning, networking, data handling theories and natural language processing. Miller holds a degree in computer science and holds 7 patents.
