Brent is Voice Network Operations Manager and Lead Solution Architect for a large New Zealand government, the New Zealand Ministry of Social Development. He has extensive experience in operationally managing an enterprise voice network across more than 220 locations, 12,000 staff including 2,000 CSR’s in Contact Centers, with more than 60 million calls annually and helps deliver services to more than one-third of all New Zealanders, and all centrally managed by a very small team of Voice and CTI engineers. He’s viewed as an industry innovator and his understanding of voice design in a large enterprise networks and his knowledge of the telecommunications industry, strategies and architectures is extensive enabling the development of innovation for the business to assist their outcomes and resulting in numerous industry awards for contact center and service innovation and excellence.
