With over 15 years of experience in speech recognition and interface usability, Bernhard Suhm is Director of Professional Services in the Call Center Analytics group at BBN. His work focuses on design and consulting services for call centers to improve usability, work flows and the overall caller experience. Bernhard has co-authored several patents, book chapters, and published papers on speech interface usability and multimodal interaction.
