Brian has worked in and around the IVR industry for 20 years for both vendors and client organisations. During this time, he’s fulfilled a number of diverse roles ranging from application development through pre and post sales consulting, project and product management. Brian is currently working as a Lead Engineer for IVR systems for Barclays Bank’s retail channels area in the UK, dealing with all aspects of enterprise IVR applications on a daily basis, using a variety of tools, techniques, deployment methods and environments.
