Roy is LumenVox’ Solution Delivery Manager for Biometric Products. He is responsible for leading customer facing projects from customer requirements gathering through completion including solutions design and deployment of LumenVox voice biometrics products. He comes to LumenVox with 15 years of experience in planning, improving, and implementing technology, including 10 years at NICE focusing on call center recording, speech analytics, and voice biometrics platforms.

In his spare time, you can find Roy in the woods with his family or Boy Scout troop. He also enjoys working on his two classic cars, improving his home, and doing carpentry with his local community theatre.
