Previously Head of Conversation Design Advocacy and Partnerships at Google, Nandini has brought that drive to the world of e-commerce at Flipkart in India, where she leads the voice and conversational commerce design team. Nandini's focus for furthering the potential of speech technology for the next 100 million connected users in India and beyond is to continue to build human-to-computer interactions that honor the core, evolved rules of human-to-human communication.
