John Amein is Vice President at ID R&D.

Amein has more than 20 years of voice and speech technology expertise including leadership positions in high tech sales and marketing in the U.S. and Europe. He has held executive positions at Dialogic Corp, Intel Corp, Aspect Software, and Voxeo Corporation, as well as served as CEO of NetByTel. Amein also founded VoiceReady LLC, a provider of speech recognition solutions which was acquired by Voxeo.

He started his career as an engineer at Bell Labs after graduating from Stanford University with an MSEE.
